Parkview Construction has been assessed and certified to meet the scheme criteria of Build Assure and is registered with the National Register of Warranted Builders

What does this mean to you the customer:

Build Assure is a scheme supported by the Federation of Master Builders, the insurance industry and consumer groups. The scheme has been set up to safeguard the interest of the consumer who may be trying to select a reliable and trustworthy firm to work on their property.

A customer can be reassured that a firm which displays the Build Assure logo has been certified, checked, approved and found to meet the standards set by Build Assure.

Build Assure Standards:

Build Assure in association with the Federation of Master Builders, has checked the firm’s technical skills, trading record and financial position.

The firm has signed up to a code of practice that includes, insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care.

Build Assure in association with the Federation of Master Builders will continue to monitor the firm’s quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction.

If the customer has a problem or disagreement with the firm, there will be a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help resolve any issues.

If the firm doesn’t automatically provide insurance cover you will have the option to buy a Insurance Backed Warranty, underwritten by Build Assure / The National Register of Warranted Builders, assuring you peace of mind at all times.

Kitchen-Living Area and Utility Extension

To Whom it May Concern, Jack and his team completed a large kitchen extension, utility room and patio for us, completing the works in March of this year. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and quality of work. Jack is outstanding in his approach to the works and will always work hard to resolve any issues that will inevitability come up. He was always here at the beginning and end of the day to discuss any issues. His team were always punctual at 7.30 every day and worked until 4.30 and so progress was very rapid. We liked the way Jack would complete a section of the work, and when we were happy he would continue on to the next section. We cannot recommend Jack and team highly enough.

Loft Conversion

Dear Jack, This letter is to say “thank you very much” to both yourself and all the teams of men who worked so hard here on our loft extension. We greatly valued your regular visits at all stages of the project, and the way everything which arose, was promptly dealt with by yourself and the workmen. The men were all very easy to get along with and all were anxious to please. We appreciated their prompt time-keeping and willingness to cope with changes and difficulties that inevitably occurred. They certainly tried hard to limit disturbing us. It was also good to realise that all the independent inspectors were impressed with the quality of the building work at each relevant stage – it gave us necessary confidence in the progress too.
