We carry out new build projects by following one of the two procedures below:

• Parkview can provide a full design and build service, from drawing the initial plans using experienced architects and structural engineers to handling the planning application and building regulations application, and then carrying out the build stage from this point
• We often find that the client already has the plans drawn up and planning permission has been granted. Parkview will then take over the project for the build stage.
