Parkview Construction has been assessed and certified to meet the scheme criteria of Trust Mark and is registered with the Government’s Scheme Operator, AJA Registrars Ltd.

What does this mean to you the customer. Trust Mark is a scheme supported by Government, the building industry and consumer groups.

The scheme has been set up to safeguard the interest of the consumer who may be trying to select a reliable and trustworthy company to work on their property.

A customer can be reassured that a company which displays the Trust Mark logo has been:

• Certified, checked, approved and found to meet certain standards the Government has set
• Government Endorsed Standards, an approved scheme operator, has checked the company’s technical skills, trading record and financial position.
• The company has signed up to a code of practice that includes, insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care
• The approved scheme operator has checked and will continue to monitor the company’s quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction
• The company will tell you of any building regulations you must meet and may be able to give you the certificates you need
• If you have a problem or disagreement with the company, there will be a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help sort out the problem
• If the company doesn’t automatically provide insurance cover you will have the option to buy a warranty in case it goes out of business.
