House Refurbishment
Dear Parkview Construction,
Undertaking a house renovation for the first time is a daunting task particularly when you don’t have a builder that you know and trust. I found Parkview on the internet and decided to meet with them as they were signed up to the Government’s Trust Mark Scheme. The subsequent full refurbishment of our 3 bed house went very smoothly, and actually was complete ahead of schedule. Everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly on site from day one until the job was complete. I could not have asked for a better team. Just had some building work completed by Parkview Construction based in Winchmore Hill and is a member of FMB, what a totally different experience from start to finish, Jack Koumis, project manager and his crew gave a first class service and all was completed to a high standard. Rear Kitchen/Living Room Extension
We found Jack and his team at Parkview construction to be very
professional and dedicated to the job at hand. We had an ground
floor kitchen extension and the job was done very professionally.
Any queries and changes were talked through and explained
properly.
We found Gabby and Michael were both hardworking,
conscientious and tidy.
We decided to deal with building control ourselves and in hindsight
would employ a company to deal with the inspectors. Also, as
clients it was important to be clear and unambiguous in
communications, however any misunderstandings or problems were
resolved in a timely manner.
One thing to value in a company is trust and honesty, and Jack and
his team displayed these qualities in abundance.
