Loft Conversion
Dear Jack,
This letter is to say “thank you very much” to both yourself and all the teams of men who worked so hard here on our loft extension. We greatly valued your regular visits at all stages of the project, and the way everything which arose, was promptly dealt with by yourself and the workmen. The men were all very easy to get along with and all were anxious to please. We appreciated their prompt time-keeping and willingness to cope with changes and difficulties that inevitably occurred. They certainly tried hard to limit disturbing us. It was also good to realise that all the independent inspectors were impressed with the quality of the building work at each relevant stage – it gave us necessary confidence in the progress too.
With renewed thanks to all concerned – especially those who spent so many weeks here. They will be missed!

Conversion of Single Property into Multiple Flats

Thank you so much for the work on the beautiful flats. We are all delighted with them and it is wonderful for everyone to have their own home. I was very worried at the start as there could have been so many problems but we have reached the end and the result is fantastic!
