Roof Replacement
Dear Jack,
‘We were pleased with the work Parkview carried out for us. Wall and roof repairs were needed very high up and in an awkward position, but Park View worked out the logistics with no bother, and the work was completed well within time. The men were very unobtrusive, quietly getting on with the job. Jack was very quick to respond to any enquiries we raised.

Refurbishment

" A very good job by Parkview Construction lead by Jack Koumis. This was to complete some internal building and electrical work in our through lounge. Jack was flexible when our requirements changed slightly after the initial quote, All work was completed 1 week before our deadline and a couple of minor items that needed finishing off were attended to the next day. So if you need a job doing properly I recommend Parkview Construction rather than taking your chances on a random worker from a website !"

Garden Wall
We were very happy with the competitive quote we received from Parkview Construction for rebuilding our damaged front wall,
having invited several other building companies to provide quotes as well.
Jack's team commenced the rebuild soon after I accepted their quote.
Jack kept me updated throughout the rebuild and delivered the work within the expected timescale.

Excellent Company
We were recommended Jack and his team by close friends who were extremely happy with their work and professionalism, and we're hugely glad, and relieved, we took their advice. We needed our entire ground floor renovating: new floorboards, plastering of all walls and ceilings, the knocking down of a wall between the kitchen and living room, installation of a new kitchen and new cloakroom, everything to be upgraded and painted, re-wiring and re-plumbing needed, plus the replacement of our wooden decking with a patio. We were told in advance that Parkview would NOT be the cheapest quote we'd get, and it wasn't. But as soon as we met Jack, we knew he was our man. He was TOTALLY on the case from day one, and faultlessly professional; he kept us updated on all progress, gave us advance warning of materials arriving, any delays in materials arriving, his various workmen's schedules, and was himself on site almost every day, overseeing, checking, and co-ordinating so that every minute of his team's time was spent appropriately. We were super impressed. His team were excellent tradesmen and craftsmen. They worked tirelessly, never slackened, were extremely polite and helpful, and did a fantastic job. We are delighted not only with the results, but how they were achieved. It was a stress-free experience for us.
