It’s hard to find a builder you can trust nowadays, so I was fortunate that Jack Koumis and his lads did my conversion.
They worked to a high standard, were always courteous and never left me stranded by disappearing off-site like so many builders do!

This letter is to say “thank you very much” to both yourself and all the teams of men who worked so hard here on our loft extension. We greatly valued your regular visits at all stages of the project, and the way everything which arose, was promptly dealt with by yourself and the workmen. The men were all very easy to get along with and all were anxious to please. We appreciated their prompt time-keeping and willingness to cope with changes and difficulties that inevitably occurred. They certainly tried hard to limit disturbing us. It was also good to realise that all the independent inspectors were impressed with the quality of the building work at each relevant stage – it gave us necessary confidence in the progress too.
With renewed thanks to all concerned – especially those who spent so many weeks here. They will be missed!

Over the years I have carried out a number of building projects and have always found them to be stressful at the best of times. Each time I finish I say to myself never again. With my past experiences, I thought I would never find a good building company which I could deal with on a one to one basis, and who understood my concerns in achieving the overal finish look of my project. Both my wife and I would like to say thank you to you all for an absolutely great job. The extension looks great, the garden patio is wonderful and the Bar-B-Q at the bottom of the garden has turned out to be be a great social area.

Undertaking a house renovation for the first time is a daunting task particularly when you don’t have a builder that you know and trust. I found Parkview on the internet and decided to meet with them as they were signed up to the Government’s Trust Mark Scheme.
