In relation to telephone conversations

At present we do not record or store telephone calls. Our answerphone machine messages are erased daily. Any information we take during calls such as contact numbers, addresses and any payment details are safely disposed of once used.

Account data can only be processed by our accounts team. Financial data may be viewed by our auditing accountant for accounts purposes.

Highly Recommend

We used Parkview to replace our bathrooms, block up a doorway and some other jobs, altogether about 3 months work. The work looks great, with much attention to detail, for example matching the skirting where the doorway was blocked. Any small issues were rectified straight away. We were living in the house the whole time, and great care was taken to prevent the rest of the house getting messy, and to keep the house liveable. Very pleasant people to have in the house.

Refurbishment

To whom it may concern, " A very good job by Parkview Construction lead by Jack Koumis. This was to complete some internal building and electrical work in our through lounge. Jack was flexible when our requirements changed slightly after the initial quote, All work was completed 1 week before our deadline and a couple of minor items that needed finishing off were attended to the next day. Kitchen Refurbishment

Dear Jack, I just wanted to put on record our sincere thanks for helping us out with the works at our house. When we had a drain collapse, the insurance company needed us, at very short notice, to find someone for so-called “enabling works” which amounted to taking the whole kitchen out and then putting it all back again a few days later. You stepped into the breach, fitted in with the drains company’s schedule and put up with their (repeated) delays in completing the work. Your workmen turned up spot on time and were so helpful. Everything was taken out and put back with no breakages, a triumph in itself as the kitchen cupboards, etc. were pretty old. It was perfectly done – one day the kitchen wasn’t there and a few days later it was back again, with minimal fuss and mess. Thank you so much.
