In relation to telephone conversations

At present we do not record or store telephone calls. Our answerphone machine messages are erased daily. Any information we take during calls such as contact numbers, addresses and any payment details are safely disposed of once used.

Account data can only be processed by our accounts team. Financial data may be viewed by our auditing accountant for accounts purposes.

Securing your data

Parkview Construction will take all reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

Parkview Construction stores data in paper form in locked filing cabinets.

Extensions

We anticipated the arrival of ‘the builders’ with some trepidation, especially on what was easily the largest building project we had undertaken but our anxieties were soon dispelled. Within a couple of weeks of the start of the project, Jack and his team seemed almost part of the family. Jack himself was very patient in answering our many questions and addressing our concerns and his team were on site every day and worked conscientiously and, considering what was being done, with less mess and disruption than we had feared. The work kept to Jack’s estimated timetable, the only delay being caused by our failure to have the necessary fittings/accessories on site on time, and we were satisfied with the quality and appearance of the end product.

House Refurbishment

To whom it may concern, We undertook a major refurbishment project after purchasing an old house which needed updating. After researching many builders we found Parkview Construction on the internet. We were impressed by what we read and contacted its founder Jack Koumis. From the onset we found Jack to be punctual, knowledgeable, visionary and on hand to give us expert advice on the planning design and installation. Jack took control of the whole process and with his team of men set about to complete the work ahead of schedule in a professional expert manner. Kitchen Refurbishment / Structural Alterations

I would highly recommend Jack and his Parkview team. We selected Parkview for work on our home involving structural work and demolition, construction of new rooms, storage, wc and kitchen fitting. We could not have been happier with the process. The team were always on time, worked incredibly hard, were considerate, polite and respectful turning a stressful time in our lives into a pleasure. Mike’s skills are second to none, and his proactive suggestions around the fitting of our kitchen resulted in a significantly better finish than would have been achieved if keeping directly to the plans. Having worked with a number of contractors throughout the renovation process we have found Parkview to be head and shoulders above the rest. Excellent communication and regular contact throughout.
