At present we do not record or store telephone calls. Our answerphone machine messages are erased daily. Any information we take during calls such as contact numbers, addresses and any payment details are safely disposed of once used.

Account data can only be processed by our accounts team. Financial data may be viewed by our auditing accountant for accounts purposes.

Excellent Company

We were recommended Jack and his team by close friends who were extremely happy with their work and professionalism, and we're hugely glad, and relieved, we took their advice. We needed our entire ground floor renovating: new floorboards, plastering of all walls and ceilings, the knocking down of a wall between the kitchen and living room, installation of a new kitchen and new cloakroom, everything to be upgraded and painted, re-wiring and re-plumbing needed, plus the replacement of our wooden decking with a patio. He was TOTALLY on the case from day one, and faultlessly professional; he kept us updated on all progress, gave us advance warning of materials arriving, any delays in materials arriving, his various workmen's schedules, and was himself on site almost every day, overseeing, checking, and co-ordinating so that every minute of his team's time was spent appropriately. We were super impressed. His team were excellent tradesmen and craftsmen. They worked tirelessly, never slackened, were extremely polite and helpful, and did a fantastic job. We are delighted not only with the results, but how they were achieved. It was a stress-free experience for us. We had total confidence in Jack and his workmen, and have recommended them to three other friends. We will turn to them again for anything else we need. They were fantastic.
