Refurbishment

To whom it may concern, " A very good job by Parkview Construction lead by Jack Koumis. This was to complete some internal building and electrical work in our through lounge. Jack was flexible when our requirements changed slightly after the initial quote, All work was completed 1 week before our deadline and a couple of minor items that needed finishing off were attended to the next day. So if you need a job doing properly I recommend Parkview Construction rather than taking your chances on a random worker from a website !"

House Refurbishment

Dear Parkview Construction, Undertaking a house renovation for the first time is a daunting task particularly when you don’t have a builder that you know and trust. I found Parkview on the internet and decided to meet with them as they were signed up to the Government’s Trust Mark Scheme. The subsequent full refurbishment of our 3 bed house went very smoothly, and actually was complete ahead of schedule. Everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly on site from day one until the job was complete. I could not have asked for a better team. Kitchen-Living Area and Utility Extension

To Whom it May Concern, Jack and his team completed a large kitchen extension, utility room and patio for us, completing the works in March of this year. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and quality of work. Jack is outstanding in his approach to the works and will always work hard to resolve any issues that will inevitability come up. He was always here at the beginning and end of the day to discuss any issues. His team were always punctual at 7.30 every day and worked until 4.30 and so progress was very rapid. We liked the way Jack would complete a section of the work, and when we were happy he would continue on to the next section. We cannot recommend Jack and team highly enough.

Extensions

We anticipated the arrival of ‘the builders’ with some trepidation, especially on what was easily the largest building project we had undertaken but our anxieties were soon dispelled. Within a couple of weeks of the start of the project, Jack and his team seemed almost part of the family. Jack himself was very patient in answering our many questions and addressing our concerns and his team were on site every day and worked conscientiously and, considering what was being done, with less mess and disruption than we had feared. The work kept to Jack’s estimated timetable, the only delay being caused by our failure to have the necessary fittings/accessories on site on time, and we were satisfied with the quality and appearance of the end product.
