Kitchen Refurbishment

To Whom it May Concern, After an unhappy experience with our first builders on a kitchen project, we brought in Jack Koumis and Parkview Construction to remedy the serious problems with which we were left. His excellent team rebuilt and refitted the entire kitchen to a standard far higher than the original would have been. They were conscientious, skilled, fairly priced, and left the property clean and in good order. They offered excellent advice whenever required. We had not expected that the kitchen could be fixed, let alone improved upon, and we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack and Parkview Construction, and would certainly use them again.

Highly Recommend

We used Parkview to replace our bathrooms, block up a doorway and some other jobs, altogether about 3 months work. The work looks great, with much attention to detail, for example matching the skirting where the doorway was blocked. Any small issues were rectified straight away. We were living in the house the whole time, and great care was taken to prevent the rest of the house getting messy, and to keep the house liveable. Very pleasant people to have in the house.

Very happy from start to finish!

We have just had a very positive experience with Parkview who did our side return extension. Initial consultation was straightforward and the work commenced on the date we agreed on 6 months previously. The guys who were on site went above and beyond to keep mess and disruption to a minimum and were very accommodating (especially un-plumbing/plumbing the washing machine back in for us to use throughout the build! Everyone turned up on time every day for the best part of the 2 months the build took and worked flat out at all times and were no hassle to have around. As well as the main team, the plumber/electrician etc were also all great. Jack kept us informed of everything that was going on and what deliveries were coming on what days and was more than happy to accommodate a few last minute changes! After having a bad experience with another company building our Garden room we weren't particularly looking forward to having the upheaval of a big build but it couldn't have turned out any better and we're very happy with everything from communication to quality of finish, which is unusual as I'm fussy! Overall we are very happy and would not hesitate to use again or recommend. I actually wish we'd found them years ago.
