Parkview builds all types of extensions, such as side returns, rear extensions and roof top extensions. We carry out extension projects by following one of the two procedures below:

Parkview can provide a full design and build service, from drawing the initial plans using experienced architects and structural engineers to handling the planning application and building regulations application, and then carrying out the build stage from this point.

Where the client already has the plans drawn up and planning permission has been granted. Parkview will then take over the project for the build.

Parkview ensures a full project and site management for every project. We employ a structured approach to domestic building works with the right management in place to ensure the smooth running of any project.

Rear Kitchen/Living Room Extension/House Refurbishment

Extensions

We anticipated the arrival of ‘the builders’ with some trepidation, especially on what was easily the largest building project we had undertaken but our anxieties were soon dispelled. Within a couple of weeks of the start of the project, Jack and his team seemed almost part of the family. Jack himself was very patient in answering our many questions and addressing our concerns and his team were on site every day and worked conscientiously and, considering what was being done, with less mess and disruption than we had feared. The work kept to Jack’s estimated timetable, the only delay being caused by our failure to have the necessary fittings/accessories on site on time, and we were satisfied with the quality and appearance of the end product.
