Kitchen Refurbishment / Structural Alterations

I would highly recommend Jack and his Parkview team. We selected Parkview for work on our home involving structural work and demolition, construction of new rooms, storage, wc and kitchen fitting. We could not have been happier with the process. The team were always on time, worked incredibly hard, were considerate, polite and respectful turning a stressful time in our lives into a pleasure. Mike’s skills are second to none, and his proactive suggestions around the fitting of our kitchen resulted in a significantly better finish than would have been achieved if keeping directly to the plans. Having worked with a number of contractors throughout the renovation process we have found Parkview to be head and shoulders above the rest. Excellent communication and regular contact throughout. All work was completed on, or ahead of time and with exceptional quality. We cannot recommend Parkview highly enough and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Kitchen – Dining Room Extension

We are very happy indeed with the work that Parkview carried out for us on our home. The project is a rear extension on an Edwardian semi-detached house. Communication was excellent from beginning to end of the project. The team, led by Jack, were a pleasure to deal with and the quality of work and understanding of the project were of a very high standard, with helpful suggestions offered and a pragmatic approach throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend and have already done so to friends contemplating their own projects.

House Refurbishment

Trustworthy and very professional

We used Parkview and Jack Koumis who runs it, in our previous property to repair extensive water damage caused by a leak. When we bought our new home, I didn’t even look for another company as I knew I wanted Jack to do the work. Our new home needed lots of fitted furniture to be removed, old carpet removal and floor preparation, walls stripping, re-plastering and repainting, a new bathroom, a wall knocking out and RSJ installing, electrics overhaul, sound proof flooring, floors sanding, staining and re-varnishing, water pump installation and more. It was a very big job. Jack and his guys were completely professional and we are delighted with the result. Jack is very accessible and quick to respond to messages and queries. He was always happy to meet on site to run through issues or things I wanted doing. Once the work was complete, he was extremely patient with all the ‘snagging’ I wanted doing. I had complete trust in him and hope he will do our kitchen extension in a few years. I could not recommend Parkview and Jack Koumis highly enough.

Flat Refurbishment

“After years of using various builders, it’s been great to actually find a company that I’d use more than once. The guys at parkview displayed excellent workmanship and were always punctual, polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. I’m especially appreciative of Jack’s helpful attitude to my many questions about the work that was going on. In an industry of often disappointing standards, this is finally a company that I’d recommend to other people.” Many thanks again – when I eventually need more work doing, I’ll be in touch.
