House Refurbishment

To whom it may concern, We undertook a major refurbishment project after purchasing an old house which needed updating. After researching many builders we found Parkview Construction on the internet. We were impressed by what we read and contacted its founder Jack Koumis. From the onset we found Jack to be punctual, knowledgeable, visionary and on hand to give us expert advice on the planning design and installation. Jack took control of the whole process and with his team of men set about to complete the work ahead of schedule in a professional expert manner. We would definitely use Jack and his team again if needed and would recommend him to others.

Ref: Remedial work to roof beam, partition wall, ceiling and decoration Jack and team carried out the work professionally, in good time and within budget. Protective drapes were placed throughout the area. Care was taken to minimise mess and disruption, progress was checked daily, rubbish was all removed, and the the premises cleaned before leaving. All the team were approachable, pleasant to deal with and addressed concerns openly and constructively. Paper work and communication by email/phone were excellent.
