Parkview Construction has been assessed and certified to meet the scheme criteria of Build Assure and is registered with the National Register of Warranted Builders

What does this mean to you the customer:

Build Assure is a scheme supported by the Federation of Master Builders, the insurance industry and consumer groups. The scheme has been set up to safeguard the interest of the consumer who may be trying to select a reliable and trustworthy firm to work on their property.

A customer can be reassured that a firm which displays the Build Assure logo has been certified, checked, approved and found to meet the standards set by Build Assure.

Build Assure Standards:

Build Assure in association with the Federation of Master Builders, has checked the firm’s technical skills, trading record and financial position.

The firm has signed up to a code of practice that includes, insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care.

Build Assure in association with the Federation of Master Builders will continue to monitor the firm’s quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction.

If the customer has a problem or disagreement with the firm, there will be a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help resolve any issues.

If the firm doesn’t automatically provide insurance cover you will have the option to buy a Insurance Backed Warranty, underwritten by Build Assure / The National Register of Warranted Builders, assuring you peace of mind at all times.

Kitchen Refurbishment / Structural Alterations

I would highly recommend Jack and his Parkview team. We selected Parkview for work on our home involving structural work and demolition, construction of new rooms, storage, wc and kitchen fitting. Flat Refurbishment

With our main residence in France, having purchased a property in London, both my wife and I were concerned on how we were going to manage the proposed refurbishment. Jack Koumis, of Parkview Construction was recommended to us. We consider him to be an absolute star. Jack and his team were great from start to finish. Once the keys were handed over, Parkview just got on with the job, Jack regularly kept us updated, we would occasionally travel to London to check on progress, other than this, the whole project was a pleasure. Highly Recommend

We used Parkview to replace our bathrooms, block up a doorway and some other jobs, altogether about 3 months work. The work looks great, with much attention to detail, for example matching the skirting where the doorway was blocked. Any small issues were rectified straight away. We were living in the house the whole time, and great care was taken to prevent the rest of the house getting messy, and to keep the house liveable. Very pleasant people to have in the house.

Rear Kitchen/Living Room Extension/House Refurbishment
