Parkview Construction has been assessed and certified to meet the scheme criteria of Build Assure and is registered with the National Register of Warranted Builders

What does this mean to you the customer:

Build Assure is a scheme supported by the Federation of Master Builders, the insurance industry and consumer groups. The scheme has been set up to safeguard the interest of the consumer who may be trying to select a reliable and trustworthy firm to work on their property.

A customer can be reassured that a firm which displays the Build Assure logo has been certified, checked, approved and found to meet the standards set by Build Assure.

Build Assure Standards:

Build Assure in association with the Federation of Master Builders, has checked the firm’s technical skills, trading record and financial position.

The firm has signed up to a code of practice that includes, insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care.

Build Assure in association with the Federation of Master Builders will continue to monitor the firm’s quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction.

If the customer has a problem or disagreement with the firm, there will be a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help resolve any issues.

If the firm doesn’t automatically provide insurance cover you will have the option to buy a Insurance Backed Warranty, underwritten by Build Assure / The National Register of Warranted Builders, assuring you peace of mind at all times.

Refurbishment

To whom it may concern, " A very good job by Parkview Construction lead by Jack Koumis. This was to complete some internal building and electrical work in our through lounge. Jack was flexible when our requirements changed slightly after the initial quote, All work was completed 1 week before our deadline and a couple of minor items that needed finishing off were attended to the next day. So if you need a job doing properly I recommend Parkview Construction rather than taking your chances on a random worker from a website !"

Rear Kitchen-Dining Room Extension

To Whom it may concern: Feedback for our Kitchen Extension built Oct 2018 to February 2019, Completed by Parkview Construction Jack was very patient and must have spent six long sessions discussing options. He wasn’t at any point pushy even though we must have stretched him! We found that Jack is an experienced builder and so is able to impart information he has learnt from similar jobs. We were lucky in that he had just completed a very similar project for a close neighbour, which proved very helpful for both of us. . Jack is excellent at giving weekly and daily updates. In the four months of work, he visited every day at 7.30 to discuss the day’s plans. He would generally visit several times a day to monitor progress and would call at the end of the day to give an overview. Jack has some fantastic staff working for him. All have their specialisms. They are amazingly punctual and all good natured with a great sense of humour. The work started in October when the weather was getting colder, and the evenings drawing in. Jack agreed to move the boiler right at the beginning of the work, otherwise we would have been without heating. A temporary kitchen was then set up which was a great relief for us. There were some concerns, Jack would always listen and resolve these in a timely and professional manner. Jack would update us of unexpected items that would arise together with associated costs. Similarly for any additional work that we requested, Jack would always inform us on the costs. Jack would provide us with a statement of account regularly, which was helpful to ensure we kept within our budget. Jack has been excellent throughout. Even with the snagging issues since the work was completed. Everything was sorted out without any problems very quickly. We are delighted with the completed product; the finished result exceeded our expectations. Would definitely use Parkview again for other projects, and we have no hesitation in recommending Parkview Construction.
