Parkview Construction has been assessed and certified to meet the scheme criteria of Build Assure and is registered with the National Register of Warranted Builders

What does this mean to you the customer:

Build Assure is a scheme supported by the Federation of Master Builders, the insurance industry and consumer groups. The scheme has been set up to safeguard the interest of the consumer who may be trying to select a reliable and trustworthy firm to work on their property.

A customer can be reassured that a firm which displays the Build Assure logo has been certified, checked, approved and found to meet the standards set by Build Assure.

Build Assure Standards:

Build Assure in association with the Federation of Master Builders, has checked the firm’s technical skills, trading record and financial position.

The firm has signed up to a code of practice that includes, insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care.

Build Assure in association with the Federation of Master Builders will continue to monitor the firm’s quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction.

If the customer has a problem or disagreement with the firm, there will be a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help resolve any issues.

If the firm doesn’t automatically provide insurance cover you will have the option to buy a Insurance Backed Warranty, underwritten by Build Assure / The National Register of Warranted Builders, assuring you peace of mind at all times.

Excellent Company

We were recommended Jack and his team by close friends who were extremely happy with their work and professionalism, and we're hugely glad, and relieved, we took their advice. We needed our entire ground floor renovating: new floorboards, plastering of all walls and ceilings, the knocking down of a wall between the kitchen and living room, installation of a new kitchen and new cloakroom, everything to be upgraded and painted, re-wiring and re-plumbing needed, plus the replacement of our wooden decking with a patio. We were told in advance that Parkview would NOT be the cheapest quote we'd get, and it wasn't. But as soon as we met Jack, we knew he was our man. He was TOTALLY on the case from day one, and faultlessly professional; he kept us updated on all progress, gave us advance warning of materials arriving, any delays in materials arriving, his various workmen's schedules, and was himself on site almost every day, overseeing, checking, and co-ordinating so that every minute of his team's time was spent appropriately. We were super impressed. His team were excellent tradesmen and craftsmen. They worked tirelessly, never slackened, were extremely polite and helpful, and did a fantastic job. We are delighted not only with the results, but how they were achieved. It was a stress-free experience for us. We had total confidence in Jack and his workmen, and have recommended them to three other friends. We will turn to them again for anything else we need. They were fantastic.
