The construction stage of any project will run far more efficiently by the quality of information issued by the architect, therefore, Parkview only works with experienced architects with a creative and proactive quality able to offer solutions and advice.

Good architects will have the following qualities:

The ability to deliver creative designs whilst achieving what the client desires.
The ability to draw up the plans according to the client’s budget, alternatively being able to offer alternative solutions within the client’s budget constraints.
The ability to successfully navigate through local planning authorities.
The ability to compile a clear and concise set of professional drawings that can be understood by both client and contractor.

Flat Refurbishment

With our main residence in France, having purchased a property in London, both my wife and I were concerned on how we were going to manage the proposed refurbishment. Jack Koumis, of Parkview Construction was recommended to us. We consider him to be an absolute star. Jack and his team were great from start to finish. Once the keys were handed over, Parkview just got on with the job, Jack regularly kept us updated, we would occasionally travel to London to check on progress, other than this, the whole project was a pleasure. Kitchen-Living Area and Utility Extension

To Whom it May Concern, Jack and his team completed a large kitchen extension, utility room and patio for us, completing the works in March of this year. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and quality of work. Jack is outstanding in his approach to the works and will always work hard to resolve any issues that will inevitability come up. He was always here at the beginning and end of the day to discuss any issues. His team were always punctual at 7.30 every day and worked until 4.30 and so progress was very rapid. We liked the way Jack would complete a section of the work, and when we were happy he would continue on to the next section. We cannot recommend Jack and team highly enough.
