Kitchen-Living Area and Utility Extension

Jack and his team completed a large kitchen extension, utility room and patio for us, completing the works in March of this year. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and quality of work.
Jack is outstanding in his approach to the works and will always work hard to resolve any issues that will inevitability come up. He was always here at the beginning and end of the day to discuss any issues. His team were always punctual at 7.30 every day and worked until 4.30 and so progress was very rapid.
We liked the way Jack would complete a section of the work, and when we were happy he would continue on to the next section.
We cannot recommend Jack and team highly enough.

Loft Extension
Jack Koumis and his team were highly professional finishing my loft conversion on time, they also followed my architect’s instructions to the letter and when they were not sure always asked.
The team arrived each day at 7.30am and left at 4pm leaving my house clean and tidy each day, I completely trusted all the guys and let them have a set of keys to make my life easier all round. Three months after the job was finished Parkview came back to do any snagging which as the works settled there was a little amount to do. This was done to the satisfaction of both myself and my architect and I am delighted with the finished job. I have since recommended Parkview on a few jobs and I am about to move house and have already contacted Parkview to come and give me an estimate for another loft conversion as well as a number of other work. I can honestly say I would highly recommend Parkview to anyone.

High quality of work executed within agreed time frame
We contacted Jack of Parkview Construction Limited through the Which Trusted Traders website for work to be undertaken at our home. The work included the installation of an under-stair WC and the painting of the front and rear of our house. The teams employed in each case were very polite, skilled and hardworking and completed jobs in hand with great care and attention. Jack was always available to answer any questions and attended on a daily basis to check the work in progress. Rear Kitchen Extension / Refurbishment
Jack has recently completed a ground floor extension and refurbishment in my house. The work involved designing a new layout for the ground floor of the house, removal of internal walls to create an open living environment, extension of the kitchen and conservatory area, and design and fitting of a new fully integrated kitchen.
Throughout the work Jack and his team provided an excellent service. Security at the property was paramount to me and I could fully trust the team with my home. The team was friendly and kept me fully informed on what was being done. As the work proceeded, I needed some extra work carrying out and Jack was flexible about this, and made every endeavour to accommodate my needs.Â
