Kitchen – Dining Room Extension – House Refurbishment
We engaged the services of Parkview construction in July 2025 to undertake a ground floor extension and carry out refurbishment of my home. The project was started on the agreed date and they finished in February 2026 ahead of schedule despite us adding a few extras to the works. The staff arrived on time were polite and really professional and tidy. Jack was on site everyday to check the work and kept us upto date and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Really happy with the work and the company We have no hesitation in recommending Parkview B Kilkenny - London N14
Extension / Refurbishment
Dear Jack and all the staff at Parkview,
Over the years I have carried out a number of building projects and have always found them to be stressful at the best of times. Each time I finish I say to myself never again. With my past experiences, I thought I would never find a good building company which I could deal with on a one to one basis, and who understood my concerns in achieving the overal finish look of my project. Both my wife and I would like to say thank you to you all for an absolutely great job. The extension looks great, the garden patio is wonderful and the Bar-B-Q at the bottom of the garden has turned out to be be a great social area.
Many thanks.

House Refurbishment
“ I had the good fortune to have found Mr Koumis to undertake the refurbishment of my Victorian terrace house. Mr Koumis has finally broken the stereotype I always held to be true, that of builders being late, unreliable and untrustworthy.
Since inception of the project at my house not a day went by without the Parkview crew on site and working away. Always on site at 8am made a pleasant change from previous experiences with other builders. All in all I can wholeheartedly recommend this company, from the strength of their workforce, technical understanding and efficiency, they have made my project a relatively painless one.”
