Kitchen-Living Area and Utility Extension

To Whom it May Concern, Jack and his team completed a large kitchen extension, utility room and patio for us, completing the works in March of this year. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and quality of work. Jack is outstanding in his approach to the works and will always work hard to resolve any issues that will inevitability come up. He was always here at the beginning and end of the day to discuss any issues. His team were always punctual at 7.30 every day and worked until 4.30 and so progress was very rapid. We liked the way Jack would complete a section of the work, and when we were happy he would continue on to the next section. We cannot recommend Jack and team highly enough.

Kitchen Extension

I am really pleased with the work done by Jack's tradesmen; my kitchen is transformed. They arrived like clockwork, never missed a day, and worked really hard. They were considerate, diligent & very skilled in what they did. Jack visited most days, & everything went pretty much to plan. I contacted several people before I had the work done & visited one couple - all spoke highly of the work done in their homes. The follow up for "snagging" work was also good, which was reassuring. Ref: Remedial work to roof beam, partition wall, ceiling and decoration Jack and team carried out the work professionally, in good time and within budget. Protective drapes were placed throughout the area. Care was taken to minimise mess and disruption, progress was checked daily, rubbish was all removed, and the the premises cleaned before leaving. All the team were approachable, pleasant to deal with and addressed concerns openly and constructively. Paper work and communication by email/phone were excellent.
