House Refurbishment

To whom it may concern, We undertook a major refurbishment project after purchasing an old house which needed updating. After researching many builders we found Parkview Construction on the internet. We were impressed by what we read and contacted its founder Jack Koumis. From the onset we found Jack to be punctual, knowledgeable, visionary and on hand to give us expert advice on the planning design and installation. Jack took control of the whole process and with his team of men set about to complete the work ahead of schedule in a professional expert manner. We would definitely use Jack and his team again if needed and would recommend him to others.

Rear Kitchen Extension / Refurbishment

Jack has recently completed a ground floor extension and refurbishment in my house. The work involved designing a new layout for the ground floor of the house, removal of internal walls to create an open living environment, extension of the kitchen and conservatory area, and design and fitting of a new fully integrated kitchen. Throughout the work Jack and his team provided an excellent service. Security at the property was paramount to me and I could fully trust the team with my home. The team was friendly and kept me fully informed on what was being done. As the work proceeded, I needed some extra work carrying out and Jack was flexible about this, and made every endeavour to accommodate my needs. Overall I'm very pleased with the work and would fully recommend Jack and the team.

Loft Conversion

Dear Jack, This letter is to say “thank you very much” to both yourself and all the teams of men who worked so hard here on our loft extension. We greatly valued your regular visits at all stages of the project, and the way everything which arose, was promptly dealt with by yourself and the workmen. The men were all very easy to get along with and all were anxious to please. We appreciated their prompt time-keeping and willingness to cope with changes and difficulties that inevitably occurred. They certainly tried hard to limit disturbing us. It was also good to realise that all the independent inspectors were impressed with the quality of the building work at each relevant stage – it gave us necessary confidence in the progress too. With renewed thanks to all concerned – especially those who spent so many weeks here. They will be missed!
