Which? Trusted Trader

Which? Trusted Traders is an endorsement scheme that recognises reputable traders who successfully pass their rigorous assessment process. Not just anyone can become endorsed. The assessment process involves:

  1. Credit Check

    A preliminary credit check to validate the financial health and stability of a sole trader / business.

  2. References

    Customer reference checks, chosen at random by a member of the Which? Trusted Traders endorsement team to ensure a breadth of consumers are consulted.

  3. Business Procedures

    A thorough examination of business and administrative procedures.

  4. Interview and Assessment

    We are visited in person by a Which? Trusted Traders assessor and interviewed.

  5. Code of Conduct

    The trader / business signing up to the scheme agrees to abide by the code of conduct and their terms and conditions.

  6. Endorsed Trader

    Once the trader / business  has passed the assessment process, only then will they be endorsed as a Which? Trusted Trader.

Parkview Construction were highly recommended and we saw work undertaken by them locally. Very impressed by the high standard of work, plus references and due diligence undertaken. Parkview undertook a major renovation in our house earlier this year, reconfiguring rear ground floor creating an open living area with new kitchen, utility room, ground floor cloakroom with shower. Jack Koumis engaged a structural engineer so that a wall and chimney breast could be demolished and steel frame inserted. Bulk of the works took 11 weeks, far less than anticipated. Jack Koumis managed the project with close attention to detail, updating on progress and recommending suppliers. He was on site almost every day and easily contactable. His team of workers were skilled, hard working and considerate. All greatly appreciated, not least as we were still living here. His recommended kitchen designer and provider was exceptionally good, and worked closely with Jack and his team to ensure all measurements were accurate and that the final finish throughout was to a high standard. Jack hired an excellent electrician and a highly recommended plumber taking the place of his usual plumber who was n/a. When the latter made mistakes, Jack ensured these were remedied promptly at no financial cost to ourselves. The project and some subsequent variations were fully costed in advance and we like other clients felt the whole project was value for money. We have no hesitation in recommending Parkview.
