Feedback for our Kitchen Extension built Oct 2018 to February 2019, Completed by Parkview Construction
Jack was very patient and must have spent six long sessions discussing options. He wasn’t at any point pushy even though we must have stretched him!
We found that Jack is an experienced builder and so is able to impart information he has learnt from similar jobs. We were lucky in that he had just completed a very similar project for a close neighbour, which proved very helpful for both of us.

Jack is excellent at giving weekly and daily updates. In the four months of work, he visited every day at 7.30 to discuss the day’s plans. He would generally visit several times a day to monitor progress and would call at the end of the day to give an overview.
Jack has some fantastic staff working for him. All have their specialisms. They are amazingly punctual and all good natured with a great sense of humour.
The work started in October when the weather was getting colder, and the evenings drawing in. Jack agreed to move the boiler right at the beginning of the work, otherwise we would have been without heating. A temporary kitchen was then set up which was a great relief for us.
There were some concerns, Jack would always listen and resolve these in a timely and professional manner.
Jack would update us of unexpected items that would arise together with associated costs. Similarly for any additional work that we requested, Jack would always inform us on the costs. Jack would provide us with a statement of account regularly, which was helpful to ensure we kept within our budget.
Jack has been excellent throughout. Even with the snagging issues since the work was completed. Everything was sorted out without any problems very quickly.
We are delighted with the completed product; the finished result exceeded our expectations.
Would definitely use Parkview again for other projects, and we have no hesitation in recommending Parkview Construction.

Excellent Company
We were recommended Jack and his team by close friends who were extremely happy with their work and professionalism, and we're hugely glad, and relieved, we took their advice. We needed our entire ground floor renovating: new floorboards, plastering of all walls and ceilings, the knocking down of a wall between the kitchen and living room, installation of a new kitchen and new cloakroom, everything to be upgraded and painted, re-wiring and re-plumbing needed, plus the replacement of our wooden decking with a patio. We were told in advance that Parkview would NOT be the cheapest quote we'd get, and it wasn't. But as soon as we met Jack, we knew he was our man. He was TOTALLY on the case from day one, and faultlessly professional; he kept us updated on all progress, gave us advance warning of materials arriving, any delays in materials arriving, his various workmen's schedules, and was himself on site almost every day, overseeing, checking, and co-ordinating so that every minute of his team's time was spent appropriately. We were super impressed. His team were excellent tradesmen and craftsmen. They worked tirelessly, never slackened, were extremely polite and helpful, and did a fantastic job. We are delighted not only with the results, but how they were achieved. It was a stress-free experience for us. We had total confidence in Jack and his workmen, and have recommended them to three other friends. We will turn to them again for anything else we need. They were fantastic. C. Djanogly + A. Small Refurbishment
To Whom it May Concern,
After an horrendous experience with a previous building company, I was very apprehensive and anxious over this building work, I needn't have worried, all went according to plan, very professional company, high standard of work. Looking forward to my next project with them.
